Justice
All songs of peace do not last long,
And songs of war are always wrong.
Let’s sing for justice now!
But justice comes not with a song!

The Best of all Places
Earth is the best place to live in
And Palestine is the best of all places.
The Palestinians and the Jews agree
And behave on this basis!

A Spherical Dice
Earth is a spherical dice
With wavy lines and bloody dots.
It could have been a paradise,
But it’s full of many buts!

To an American Reporter
An American, tall and bold,
Folding a kuffiyya around his face,
Running along a rough and brutal road,
Covering his camera, following the crowds,
Rushing as if to a mine of gold,
To uncover a piece of truth.
By the evening the Zionists arrested him,
But, by then, the truth had been told.

To a Photographer
Without youthey couldn’t have seen,
Without you they couldn’t have known
You were the light of the scene,
You were the orbit of the stone.
On your shoulders that load had been;
But it’s I who had the broken bone!
